DELIVERY METHODS

There are two ways to retrieve your order.

✔️ Colissimo: order delivered to home or office, no signature. Delivery time is within 5 days (excluding weekend) for orders delivered within France, and within 12 days internationally. If there is no one home, the postman will leave a notice for the buyer or receiver of the order advising that the parcel can be retrieved from the nearest post office within 15 days.

The buyer is required to check the contents of the parcel upon delivery, in the presence of the post office clerk or deliveryman.
