Born in Saint-Étienne, France, I realized very early on that pâtisserie was my calling. In 1990, I began working as a chef pâtissier in Switzerland, then in England, Ireland, Wales, and the United States. My first madeleine was created in 1992 and I have continued to perfect my recipe over the last 24 years.
In 2014, after a second award, I finally gave my creations a name : MADELEINES DU PIC.
